Why train with Abby

Smart training.
Built for real life.

No cookie-cutter programs, no crash diets, no guesswork. Just smart training and habits you can actually keep.

Corrective exercise first

We address the aches, imbalances, and movement issues before adding intensity β€” so you get stronger without getting hurt.

Training built for you

Your program starts with an assessment of your body, schedule, and goals β€” not a template someone else already used.

Nutrition that's livable

Macros, habits, and real food you actually like. Coaching that works with your lifestyle instead of fighting it.

Real accountability

Regular check-ins and honest feedback keep you consistent β€” because consistency is what actually changes your body.

Meet your coach

Hey, I'm Abby.

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with a specialization in corrective exercise β€” which is a fancy way of saying I care just as much about how you move as how much you lift.

My passion is helping you build a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle: real strength, real confidence, and habits that actually last. Whatever your age, health history, or starting point, we'll meet you where you are and build from there.

Getting to help people become the best version of themselves is a blessing and an honor. I'd love the opportunity to work with you β€” hope to see you soon!

As a bonus, my blood sugar is under control, I have lost weight and gained confidence. Abby has done this in a methodical way aware of my age, health, limitations and still maintaining goals that improve my daily quality of life."

FAQ

Questions Before You Start

Do you offer in-person or virtual training?
Both. Personal training is available in person or virtually over video β€” same programming, same coaching, same accountability. Small group training is in person only.
Who is personal training for?
Anyone who wants real coaching β€” beginners learning the basics, people coming back after time off, and lifters dealing with nagging pain or plateaus. If you've got an injury history or movement limitations, the corrective exercise focus is built exactly for that.
What does nutrition coaching include?
Personalized macro targets, regular check-ins, and lifestyle coaching around habits like sleep, stress, and meal planning. It's flexible coaching built around foods you actually eat β€” not a rigid meal plan.
Are workout plans included with nutrition coaching?
No β€” nutrition coaching is nutrition and lifestyle only. If you want training too, personal training sessions include nutrition coaching, or you can pair nutrition coaching with one of the digital workout plans from the shop.
How does small group training work?
Groups are capped at 4 people so everyone gets real coaching. You can sign up with friends or family, or get matched into a group at a similar level. Sessions are in person and cost $35 per person per session.
How do I get started?
Fill out the coaching application β€” it takes a few minutes and asks about your goals, current fitness level, which service you're interested in, and any injuries or limitations. Abby reviews every application personally and will reach out about next steps.
